As the National Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for our Isotonic Beverages category across all trade channels in the USA.
Responsabilidades:
Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Isotonic Beverages category in the USA, in line with the company's global vision and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure the execution of the strategy and achievement of business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners across all trade channels (grocery, convenience, mass, club, drug, and e-commerce).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market share and revenue.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition, and provide insights to the company's senior leadership team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure successful product launches and supply chain optimization.
Develop and manage commercial budget. Provide insights and leadership in the forecasting process, annual planning process.
Requerimientos:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with a proven track record of success in the beverage industry, particularly in the Isotonic Beverages category.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Financial acumen, with experience in managing a P&L and making data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for the beverage industry and the Isotonic Beverages category.
